At SRM Ayurveda IN/ Ayurika ,we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently, both within India and internationally.
 
1. Order Processing Time
 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
 
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
 
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
 
Shipping partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart or similar
 
Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
 
 
3. International Shipping
 
We ship worldwide.
 
Delivery time: 7–15 business days (depending on country & customs)
 
Shipping partners: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, India Post International, etc.
 
Tracking number will be provided once shipped.
 
 
4. Shipping Charges
 
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier partner.
 
International orders may include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are paid by the customer.
 
 
5. Customs & Duties
 
Customs policies vary by country.
SRM Ayurveda IN / Ayurika is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
 
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
 
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
 
7. Damaged or Lost Shipment
 
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for resolution.
