At SRM Ayurveda  IN/ Ayurika , customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in personal care and wellness products, returns are subject to hygiene and safety guidelines.
 
1. Returns Eligibility
 
We accept returns only if:
 
Product is damaged
 
Wrong product delivered
 
Manufacturing defect
 
 
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
 
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
 
Opened or used products
 
Herbal, cosmetic, skincare, wellness products
 
Digital products or downloadable content
 
 
3. Refund Process
 
Once your return is approved:
 
Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
 
Amount will be credited to original payment method
 
 
4. International Orders
 
For international orders:
 
We do not offer returns unless product is damaged or defective.
 
Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
 
 
5. Cancellation Policy
 
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
 
6. Exchange Policy
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
