1. Returns
1.1. You may return any unused and unopened products purchased from srmayurveda.shop 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

1.3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
2. Refunds
2.1. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the item(s) are in unused and unopened condition, we will process your refund.
2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-8 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
3. Exchanges
3.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a damaged product, please contact us to request an exchange authorization. We will assist you in arranging the exchange and provide instructions on how to return the original item(s).
4. Return Shipping
4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs, upon return of the damaged or defective item.
